CRUSTO was born from a simple belief: authentic Vietnamese food can create meaningful connections between people, places and cultures.

From Vietnam to Sweden

CRUSTO began with a desire to share the true taste of Vietnam — not as a trend, but as a living culture. Every sandwich, every cup of coffee carries the memory of street kitchens, morning markets and family tables across Vietnam.

We chose southern Sweden as our first home because of its openness, its appreciation for quality and its growing interest in authentic international flavours.

What we stand for

We focus on a carefully selected menu centred around Vietnamese bánh mì and traditional coffee. This focused approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, fair prices and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Beyond food, CRUSTO is a place for stories — stories of origin, of craft, and of the people who make every meal possible.

The Founder

Nguyen Minh Tuan

With more than twenty-five years of experience across business, technology, hospitality and international projects, Tuan founded CRUSTO to bring authentic Vietnamese culinary culture to Europe in a sustainable and approachable way.

His vision is simple: create a place where food becomes a bridge — between Vietnam and Sweden, between tradition and modern life, and between people who share a table.
